Characteristics

Gyproc Moisture Resistant consists of an aerated gypsum core with special water repellent additives encased in and firmly bonded to, strong moisture-resistant paper liners that are green.

Application

Suitable for use in both ceilings and drywall partitions in wet areas of interiors like bathrooms and kitchens. Also suitable as a base for tiling in these wet areas and for external soffits in sheltered positions.

Characteristics

Gyproc Fireline consists of an aerated gypsum core with glass fibre and other additives encased in and firmly bonded to, strong paper liners that are pink.

Application

Suitable for applications in ceilings and drywalls where a high level of fire protection is required.

Characteristics

Gyproc Duraline is a gypsum plasterboard with a higher density core and glass fibres. It is designed for use in drywall partition systems to give greater impact resistance in heavy use areas.

Application

Suitable for application where high level of impact resistance is specified.

Gyproc FRMR is a Fireline board with water repellent additives in the core. Gyproc FRMR consists of an aerated gypsum core with glass fibre, water repellent and other additives encased in, and firmly bonded to, strong paper liners.

Application

Used in drywall partitions where fire protection and moisture resistance are required. Also used for protection of structural steel elements.

Characteristics

Gyproc Activ’Air board is a high-performance board consisting of an aerated gypsum core with special additives encased in, and firmly bonded to, strong paper liners. Gyproc Activ’Air boards improve indoor air quality by taking formaldehyde out of the air and converting them into safe, inert compounds that, once captured in the board, cannot be released back into the air.

Application

Suitable for most ceiling and drywall partition applications.

Characteristics

Gyproc Sound Bloc is a special gypsum board which consists of an aerated gypsum core encased in and firmly bonded to, strong paper liners that are blue. They are manufactured through a special process which gives it excellent sound insulating properties.

Application

Designed for use in drywall partition systems where greater levels of sound insulation are required.
